  • Check our calendar to make sure the date you are looking for is available. Please keep in mind that unaccounced shows won’t be on the calendar so the date may still be unavailable!

  • Submit the booking or rental form below! (Required)

  • Wait for confirmation from us.

  • Coordinate with the venue for your event.

FAQ

How far in advance do I need to book?

We require at least ten days notice for booking to ensure the event is properly promoted.

When will I hear back?

Submissions are reviewed once a week, response times vary. If you haven’t heard from us in 2 weeks, feel free to email admin@havenmusichall.com.

Are there any event restrictions?

Our shows typically start at 8pm, doors at 7pm. All music must be over by 1 AM. We have the ability to do all-ages events, but that is at the discretion of the venue managers.

What kind of events are you booking?

We’re interested in booking bands, drag performers, weirdo theatre, DJ’s, anything cool! We prioritize bands/performers that perform original material. Haven Music Hall isn’t the right fit for everyone, and that’s okay!

Does Haven have venue fees?

Yes, we do! Venue fees cover expenses like our in-house sound technician, security, promotion, use of our PA system, and more! If we confirm your booking we’ll outline the relevant fees for you.

What entails a private rental?

A rental can be a private event or an event that’s open to the public. The venue rental fee is determined by the date and demands of an event. We are selective with private event rentals, and may decline a rental request for an organization or event if it is beyond our capacity!
